Περίληψη

The huge influx of refugees in Greece in recent years made urgent the improvement of their literacy in the Greek language. The aim of this paper is to investigate the refugees’ needs in the Greek language and to propose guidelines for a suitable curriculum. To this aim, a questionnaire-based survey was used to identify the wants and the lacks of refugees in the target language. Furthermore, interviews were conducted in order to identify the necessities and complete the quantitative data.
